Wiki/Biography

Suhani Pitti was born on Tuesday, 14 April 1981 (age 41 years; as in 2022) in Calcutta (now Kolkata) into a business family. She studied at Mahadevi Birla Girls High School (now called Mahadevi Birla World Academy) in Kolkata. He completed his graduation from the ‘Gemological Institute of America’ in Carlsbad, USA. In 2004, she moved to Hyderabad after marriage, where she started her career in jewelery design.

After completing her graduation from the US in 2000 at the age of 19, Suhani Pitti started teaching at a gemology school. At the young age of 20, he started his own training institute, where he taught grading of diamonds and colored stones. His students ranged in age from 16 to 81 years, including some jewelers from Kolkata. After her marriage, Suhani moved to Hyderabad in 2004, where she started her own design firm under her own name, “Suhani Pitti”. In the same year, she launched her own collection of silver jewelery with Bridal Asia, and also launched her own jewelery brand “Zorya”. In 2008, his work was commissioned by the Museum of Arts and Design, New York City. His collection “Marshes and Marigold” was presented at WLIFW SS in 2008. She took inspiration from the innocence of childhood for her collection “Child of Eden”, which she showcased at the Lakme Fashion Week Summer-Resort in 2012. Suhani Pitti was appointed for this. Designed by Swarovski, on the occasion of their 10th anniversary celebrations held at the Austrian Embassy in India. His work was selected by travel and lifestyle channel TLC to be presented for their show “Oh My Gold” and he was also selected as co-host with celebrity Lisa Ray for their episode in Hyderabad. During her career, she has collaborated with many popular brands including Nykaa, Myntra, Jaypore, Taj Group and Swarovski. He has also collaborated with renowned Indian painter Thota Vaikuntam, and designers Anamika Khanna and Swarovski for various projects. His celebrity clients include Sonam Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Alia Bhatt, Vidya Balan and Deepika Padukone.
