Suge Knight is a former American music executive and entrepreneur in the rap industry. Suge Knight is the co-founder and CEO of ‘Death Row Records’. Additionally, he has worked with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shakur.
Early life
His name is Marion Hugh “Suge” Knight Jr. Suge was born on April 19, 1965 in Compton, California, United States. Currently, he is 58 years and his birth sign is Aries. He is the youngest of three brothers. He has sisters named Karen Anderson and Charlinda Tubbs.

Race and assault
Previously, Suge was a football lineman and bodyguard who founded ‘Death Row Records’ with rapper and producer Dr. Dre. Along with the label involved in several controversies, he was finally sentenced to prison for violating probation the night ‘Tupac Shakur’ was killed. Later, he faced financial problems and more prison sentences.
Additionally, he was a central figure in gangsta rap’s catapult into mass commercialization. This feat is therefore attributed to the record label’s first two album releases, ‘The Chronic’ by Dr. Dre and ‘Doggystyle’ by Snoop Dogg in 1992 and 1993 respectively. He then played defensive end for the Los Angeles Rams in 1987 during the players’ strike as a replacement player. In 1995, Tupac Shakur began a prison sentence of up to four and a half years. She reached a deal with him in October, posting his bail and releasing him from prison, pending his appeal of his conviction, while signing him to Death Row Records. And, in 1996, the label released 2Pac’s biggest commercial hit, ‘All Eyez on Me.’

In September, after leaving a Mike Tyson boxing match in Las Vegas, a group that included him and Shakur assaulted Orlando Anderson, a member of the Southside Compton Crips gang. And, after 3 hours, someone shot at the car he was driving, fatally wounding Shakur, and Anderson has since become the prime suspect.
Additionally, after Shakur’s death, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg left ‘Death Row Records’. Eventually, the label declined and was soon eclipsed. Similarly, accusations mounted that he, in addition to employing gang members, had frequently resorted to intimidation and violence in his business.
And, from the late 1990s to the early 2000s, he spent a few years incarcerated for assault convictions and associated parole violations. Additionally, in September 2018, for pleading no contest to voluntary manslaughter in a fatal hit-and-run in 2015, he was sentenced to 28 years in prison.
He is scheduled to be eligible for parole in July 2037. Additionally, following his arrest in 2015, he has experienced many health problems, including hospitalization for blindness. Additionally, in 2017, he suffered blood clots. Therefore, his health problems have prevented him from attending his courtship hearings.

Personal life
Suge had a complicated love life. Therefore, he dated a few women in his better years and even married two of them. Furthermore, he was in a relationship with actress ‘Bernice Burgos’ in the past. Likewise, in the mid-1990s, he began dating Misa Hylton.
Between the 1980s and 1990s he was linked to Sharitha Lee. He therefore met her for the first time at a high school party. The couple had a very difficult relationship. Furthermore, in 1987, Sharitha obtained a restraining order against her for cutting her hair. Then after a while, they reconciled and became a couple again.
Lee made a significant contribution to Death Row Records at the time. They then married and were blessed with a son named Arion. In 2007, he alleged that Lee caused the death of Tupac Shakur. Between 1999 and 2005, he and R&B singer Michel’ were heartthrobs. In the year 2002, the couple was blessed with a daughter named ‘Bailey’. Unfortunately, the marriage ended in divorce in 2005. Michel’le later came clean and stated that he was a violent man who physically abused her during her marriage.
