The musician joined the band “Moving Units” and began to create remixes. Steve was also a member of other bands like “This Machine Kills” with whom he released an album, “Ebullition Records”.
In 2006, Steve joined C5 bassist Michael Davis’ “Music Is Revolution Foundation”. It was a charitable foundation that provided music education in public schools. In October 2008, Aoki released his first mix album, “Pillowface and His Airplane Chronicles”.
