Stardew Valley: Every Golden Walnut Location

Golden Walnuts are a special currency for the parrots on Ginger Island in Stardew Valley. Players must find them all to unlock more of the island.

Golden Walnuts in Stardew Valley are a special currency for the parrots on Ginger Island. Players can give Golden Walnuts they have collected to the parrots, who will then provide rewards around the island. Stardew Valley players who want to unlock new areas, build helpful infrastructure, and fully explore the secrets of Ginger Island will want to collect every Golden Walnut they can.

There are 130 total Golden Walnuts hidden around the various parts of Stardew Valley’s Ginger Island. Players only need 116 of these to unlock every reward available, so they can avoid some of the more difficult Walnuts if they want to save time. For players who do collect them all, the remaining 14 Walnuts can be exchanged for 28 Qi Gems once Qi’s Room is unlocked.

If players are unsure which Golden Walnuts they haven’t collected yet, they can talk to the parrot inside Leo’s hut. Interacting with the parrot will make it squawk a hint for an unfound Walnut. These hints change as players collect Walnuts and will let the player know how many are still left in certain areas.
