Days before Sophie Turner filed a lawsuit against her ex-husband Joe Jonas, the couple was spotted having dinner with their children in New York City.
On Monday (September 18), Joe and Sophie took their older daughter Willa and a younger daughter whose name we don’t know to Momofuku Noodle Bar Uptown.
Their departure came almost two weeks after the Jonas Brothers musician first filed for divorce. At the time, they referred to it as an amicable breakup in a joint statement.
Days after their meal, Sophie sued Joe and asked to be able to return to her daughters in England, prompting a response from his legal team.

TMZ obtained photos of their meal and spoke to a source who saw them together. While they could not report who had the children when they arrived or if they all did it together, the outlet noted that there were “no signs of drama.”
Joe and Sophie were described as “friendly”.
It is not immediately clear when the atmosphere changed between them. The statement from Joe’s legal team alleged that their talks fell apart “less than 24 hours” after an argument on September 17. That would have been around his lunchtime.
One day after their outing, Sophie went to dinner with Taylor Swift, who dated Joe years ago.
