Siddharth runs his family business which is established in Mumbai, Maharashtra. On 25 February 1995, he started working as a director in his family’s trading company, Sidemark Sales Pvt. Ltd. On 2 August 2005, he was appointed as a director at Sidmark Sales Enterprise Pvt Ltd, a transportation and storage company. On 11 November 2010, he was named as a partner in wholesale trading and commission trading, except motor vehicle and motorcycle company Sidemark Sales Synergy Limited Liability Partnership. He was also appointed as a director in a company named Meet Stars Events Private Limited on 27 August 2015, but later took leave from the company.
Controversy
On 19 February 2019, Arzoo filed a case of domestic violence against Siddharth. In 2021, she filed a divorce against him and accused him of physically abusing her. He talked about this during an interview, he said,
It’s enough and I won’t take it anymore. I swallowed my pride; I tried, and I did my best. But the matter worsened and I could not continue with Siddharth. I had not spoken to the media till now, not even when journalists harassed me by calling me two years ago.
he adds,
But I will talk today. I want to tell you that he pulled me by my neck and tried to throw me out of the flat. He has slapped me. He kicked me in the stomach. There were days when I was beaten badly and I could not go out because I did not want my bruises to be visible. Two years after our marriage, Siddharth raised his hand on me for the first time. And when our son was born three years after we became husband and wife, he separated.
He added,
He started sleeping in another room. After that I found out that he had a Russian girlfriend; He was constantly on chat with him. I asked him about that. I don’t know if they are together now or not because they live separately. Keep in mind, I have CCTV footage of those chats and his violence and it will help me get justice.
Siddharth said in defense,
Let him say whatever he wants. I don’t want to say anything. It was she who asked me to slap her saying that she was rehearsing for a crime show. I will respond to these allegations on the right platform.
