Shuli Nadar is an Indian fitness model, calisthenics athlete and TV personality. She came into limelight in 2023 after appearing in the reality TV show MTV Roadies – Karma Ya Kaand.

She grew up in Mumbai. He did his schooling from St. Jude’s High School, Malad-West, Mumbai. Later, he attended Vivek Vidyalaya and Junior College in Goregaon (West), Mumbai. She studied Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies at the University of Mumbai (2017-2020). He had topped his first semester examination in college.

During her audition for MTV Roadies, Shuli shared her painful experience of an abusive boyfriend and various discriminatory labels which she fought against due to her dark skin colour. She told that at the age of 14 or 15, she fell in love with a boy who was six years older than her. In childhood, both used to play together in the neighbourhood. Her boyfriend used to make flattering comments about her skin color. One day, her boyfriend’s friend comes to Shuli with a message that her boyfriend has been beaten by his parents and he wants to meet her at some place at night. Although Shuli was from a conservative South Indian family, she managed to sneak out of her house at night by lying to her parents that she would pick up homework assignments from her classmate’s house. After this, Shuli along with her friend reached the place where her lover had asked her to come. Surprisingly, it was a deserted area, with no commercial or residential buildings around. There, her boyfriend tried to molest her, while another boy came to them and told Shuli that no one would marry her because of her dark complexion. Shuli is heartbroken by the comments and she runs away from there.

In 2022, he started working as a school teacher at Vivek Vidyalaya and Junior College in Goregaon (West), but he left his job within 7 months to prepare for the calisthenics competition. In January 2023, she competed in the Barbarians competition and placed second in the Guns N’ Roses category.

In 2023, she appeared as a contestant on season 19 of MTV Roadies. At the audition, she was assigned to gang leader Rhea Chakraborty’s team.
