Shreyas Mendiratta was born and brought up in New Delhi. He did his schooling from Delhi Public School RK Puram, New Delhi. Shreyas, a notorious child since childhood, grew up to become the class joker, making his friends laugh at the jokes he read in comics. Recalling this in an interview, he said,
I’ve always wondered, “How do we make friends?” It was only by class 3 that I discovered the secret of becoming an approachable person – a sense of humor and intelligence… During the summer vacations, my eyes fell on a group of “Champak” comics, in which an entire section was devoted to jokes. Children. I read them and couldn’t stop laughing. I made a separate notebook where I would write them. When school reopened, I shared those jokes with the entire class. As I expected, everyone laughed. I made it a regular habit, and soon, I developed the ‘class clown’ persona; Always making others laugh. ,
When he was in class 6, he started performing on stage in school and soon, he developed a passion for theater and acting. Soon, he was inducted into Expressions Theater Club, the theater society of DPS RK Puram and participated in various intra-school, inter-school and national level competitions. He was in class 9 when he started learning to play the guitar. He was surprised to see that not only did he have an interest in music, but he also had a mesmerizing voice. He took Science stream (Medical) after 10th class. Around the same time, he also started his YouTube channel and Instagram page, where he regularly records and posts music videos. Soon, he began experimenting with both music and comedy to create content for social media. In 2019, he started studying MBBS at SGT Medical College Hospital and Research Institute, Gurugram. And also took training in acting and cinema at Global Actors Group, a drama school in New Delhi.

He creates skits on everyday things and trending issues, making his content easily relevant. He also covers songs and sings mashups of popular songs on his Instagram handle.
