Shilpa Rao was born as Apeksha Rao on Wednesday, 11 April 1984 (age 39 years; as of 2023) in Jamshedpur, Bihar, India (now Jharkhand, India). His zodiac sign is Aries. His father started teaching and teaching him how to sing during his childhood. She studied at Little Flower School in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
