Shelly Oberoi was born in 1983 (age 40 years; as in 2023) in Delhi, India. After completing his schooling at Faith Academy in New Delhi, he joined Janaki Devi Memorial College, Delhi and earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce. Shaili received the Miss Kamala Rani Award and Scholarship for scoring the highest marks during her B.Com studies. Later, he earned a master’s degree in commerce from Himachal Pradesh University. He earned a master’s degree in philosophy from Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu. In May 2017, he joined the School of Management Studies (SOMS) of Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) to pursue a PhD. Shelly Oberoi’s political journey began in 2013 when she joined the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP). After joining the party, he worked as a worker and participated in several campaigns organized by the party. In December 2022, he contested the Municipal Corporation elections from Ward No. 86 in East Patel Nagar, Delhi on Aam Aadmi Party ticket. Shelly Oberoi started working as an assistant professor at Delhi University in September 2014.
