Thirteen crew members working on Shania Twain’s tour have been hospitalized after a horrific accident in Canada. The incident occurred while the crew was traveling between Winnipeg and Saskatoon when their tour bus collided with a truck, causing the bus to overturn around 7 a.m. Wednesday.
