Selena Gomez is living her best life. The singer and actress revealed that she is in a good moment in her life and is happy.
“Part of me feels like I’m finally in a good place with everything in my life,” Gomez told Rolling Stone. Gómez revealed that he is producing music “from a place of trust.”
“I guess objectively I’d like to say I’m working on an album, but I don’t know if those songs would be on that project,” he told Billboard. “I feel like I’m coming together and I’m in the process of really creating some great songs, hopefully. [Gomez doesn’t] I know if they would fit with what I am going to choose.”
However, Gómez is also looking to take a break from music. She is more focused on cinema and wants to explore all avenues of her as an actress. Gómez recently started the fourth season of her for Only murders in the building. She earned recognition awards for the program.
“I think it’s natural for people to take breaks. But I think for me there is a completely different aspect to my life, pride and joy,” Gómez told Rolling Stone. “I love film, I love television, I just feel like I haven’t done a lot of the things I want to do in that space. It’s not that it’s a ‘no, never’ [to music]It’s more that I would like to explore that world a little more and have the time to do it.

Gomez said he enjoys the challenge of acting. She said that she really tries to pursue roles and not rest on her laurels.
“I love being able to take on roles that I have to fight for. Not the ones they are handing me over. I go for the things that really inspire me,” she said. She stars in an upcoming Linda Ronstadt biopic. “I’m walking into someone’s life and that can be really intimidating. But I am more than inspired by [Ronstadt]and I know too much about her right now.”
Gómez also started dating Benny Blanco at the end of 2023. He seems happy heading into the new year. Insiders say the two appear to be getting serious. A source said: “They kept things low-key [at first], but Benny has passed all the tests with flying colors. The new year seemed like a perfect time to essentially scream. [their love] from the rooftops, so that’s what Selena is doing.”
