Just a week after settling a sexual assault lawsuit brought by singer and model Cassie, 37, Sean “Diddy” Combs has now received additional lawsuits from two more women. One alleges rape, while the other has come forward with allegations of sex trafficking, revenge porn, and a variety of other accusations.

Joi Dickerson-Neal and a woman whose name was not released had lawsuits filed under New York’s Adult Survivors Act in connection with alleged incidents that occurred in the early 1990s.
Dickerson-Neal accuses Diddy of assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sex trafficking, gender-based violence, as well as creating and disseminating revenge pornography. Additionally, he says that while studying at Syracuse University, he agreed to go on a date with Diddy. At the time, she had just starred in a music video with the hip hop artist. During her date, Diddy allegedly drugged her, took her to a different location than the agreed upon location, and secretly filmed himself sexually assaulting her. Dickerson-Neal claims a friend of his told him that he and several other people had seen the images.
The lawsuit claims that after the incident, Dickerson-Neal was hospitalized for severe depression and suicidal ideation. The court document states that she was overcome by “overwhelming feelings of humiliation, shame, violation and constant apprehension” about who had seen the video. The lawsuit also names Bad Boy Entertainment and Combs Entertainment LLC as defendants.

The lawsuit also presents another troubling account involving an unidentified woman known as “Jane Doe,” implicating singer Aaron Hall and several additional defendants, including “MCA Inc., MCA Music Entertainment Group, Geffen Records, 10 John and Jane Does and 10 Strangers.” entities summarized as “ABC Body”. She alleges that she and a friend were at an MCA event when Diddy and Hall invited them to an after-party. After Jane Doe arrived at Hall’s apartment, she claims Diddy forced her to have sex before Hall forced his way into her room, “pinned her down,” and raped her.
Jane Doe also alleges that in another room, the two men forced her friend to have sexual relations with them. Two days after the assault, the lawsuit alleges that Diddy was worried that “the girl she was with at the time” would find out about the alleged incident. This prompted him to visit the residence where Jane Doe and the other women resided, where he proceeded to strangle Doe until he lost consciousness.
When contacted for comment, a spokesperson for Diddy said: “These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct over 30 years ago and were brought forward at the last minute. This is nothing more than a money grab. Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial gain. Surely the New York Legislature did not intend or expect scammers to exploit the Adult Survivors Act. “The public should be skeptical and not rush to accept these false accusations.”
Do you think these additional accusations have any weight after seeing how he patched things up with Cassie?
