It was a great night of celebration for Sara Bareilles at the premiere of the Waitress the musical pro-shot!
The 43-year-old actress and singer was accompanied by her fiancé and co-star, Joe Tippett, at the event during the Tribeca Film Festival 2023 on Monday night (June 12) in New York City.
Sara and Joe went on a double date with their old friend Josh Groban and his girlfriend Natalie McQueen. Also in attendance were Jesse Tyler Ferguson and her husband Justin Mikita.
For those who don’t know, Sara wrote the music for Waitress and then joined the Broadway cast. When Broadway returned after an 18-month closure during the pandemic, Waitress He returned to the stage with Sara in the lead role and they filmed the show for professional recording!
It has not yet been announced where Waitress will be broadcast, but we can’t wait to find out!
