Sandeep Narwal started his Pro Kabaddi League career with Patna Pirates and was a key member of the team for the first three seasons, taking the team to the semi-finals in Season 2 and winning the title in Season 3. Sandeep Narwal played with Telugu Titans in Season 4. .Despite some inspired performances from Sandeep, Telugu Titans failed to make the playoffs. In Season 5, Puneri Paltan bought him in the auction for Rs 72.6 lakh. He was used as a right-corner defender as well as a backup raider.
