Sam Underwood is free of guilt after being arrested for felony domestic violence.
The 36-year-old actor, best known for his work in Fear the living deadHe was arrested earlier this month after he and a woman allegedly had a “heated argument that became physical” in the early morning hours.
Sam was arrested after police observed “visible marks” on the woman’s body, although she did not require medical attention. He was booked and released after being detained for 10 hours.
Now, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office is speaking out.

The representative told TMZ: “After careful review, prosecution was rejected because there is a lack of sufficient evidence to prove the matter beyond a reasonable doubt.”
The case has been officially dismissed and Sam no longer faces charges.
Sam’s ex-wife, actress Valorie Curry, previously spoke through a representative to deny that she was the woman in question.
