Sajid debuted as a music director with his brother late Wajid Khan with the Bollywood song ‘Teri Jawani’ from the film ‘Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya’ (1998). Sajid-Wajid gained popularity with Sonu Nigam’s music album “Deewana” (1999), in which they composed the music for the songs “Deewana Tera,” “Ab Mujhe Raat Din,” and “Is Kadar Pyar Hai”.
