In 2015, with the fifth season of the Pro-Kabaddi League, Sachin Tanwar made his debut in the Pro-Kabaddi League with Gujarat Fortunegiants. He was only eighteen years old when he participated in his first Pro-Kabaddi. His debut match was against Dabang Delhi. Sachin finished Pro Kabaddi Season 5 as the tenth most successful raider with 159 raid points. He was bought by Gujarat team owner Gautam Adani for Rs 36 lakh and became the most expensive rider of his team.
