Initially, Roohi started posting dance videos on popular Bollywood tracks of the 90s with a group of her American friends on her Instagram account. His first viral reel was on Bigini shoot by Yashraj Mukhate. Later, Roohi started collaborating with social media influencers, brands and actors. His most viral videos include the jingles of Nirma, Badshah Masala and Hello Honey Bunny.

In an interview, while talking about his inspiration to become a content creator, he said,
I will meet my friends and dance my heart out. When my Independence Day video was reposted by Diljit Dosanjh (singer-actor), it inspired people to visit my page. When I spoke to my family in India, they were extremely happy to see my content, especially people in the older age group. So, from that day on, I knew that if I could make old people smile, I could make any age group smile, and that’s how my content became consistent.

Indian music is definitely something that excites me. I can listen to Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, if I’m interested in it, it makes me dance.”
