Roshni said in an interview,
He demanded that I try to look like the tall and beautiful women he knew. And, he kept insisting that I wasn’t pretty at all – I was even asked to sleep with makeup on because he couldn’t bear to see me without it. My mother-in-law saw me suffering but she always said, ‘All men are like that, you just have to deal with it.’
After giving birth to her son Arjun, she started working in a private firm, where she met real estate professional Piyush Sethi. Soon both of them became friends and Piyush proposed her for marriage. On Wednesday, 19 April 2017, the couple got married in a private ceremony.

After separation from her first husband, she started working in a private company to meet the financial expenses. After working in a few private firms, she joined POPxo (a digital fashion magazine and YouTube channel) in 2017 and worked as a fashion producer there. After a year, he started his blog ‘THECHIQUEFACTOR’, which gained immense popularity. Later, she quit her job and started her own fashion and beauty YouTube channel ‘Roshni Bhatia’. Soon, she became one of India’s top fashion and beauty bloggers.
