Roshan Mathew was born on Sunday, 22 March 1992 (age 31 years; as in 2023) in Changanassery, Kerala. His zodiac sign is Aries. He did his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kottayam. Later, he attended CUSAT in Kochi; Engineering School, but later, he left after a year to pursue graduation in Physics from Madras Christian College, Chennai. After completing her graduation, she joined the Drama School Mumbai to pursue a career in acting.

He started his career as a theater artist in August 2010, when Chennai-based theater company, Stagefright Productions came to Roshan’s college to audition actors for their theater play, Dirty Dancing. In February 2011, he played the role of Neil Kellerman at The Museum Theatre, Chennai. While he was in Madras Christian College, Roshan and his friends started a theater group, Theater No. 59. In 2016, he starred in Eugene Schwartz’s adaptation of The Drama School Mumbai, ‘The Dragon’. Some of his other theater plays are Kamala, Leap, The Uprising, Tughlaq, Murder Me Always and Given.
In 2015, he debuted as an actor in Sony Liv’s web miniseries, ‘Tanlines’, in which he played the role of Dan.
In 2015, he made a cameo appearance in the Malayalam film ‘Aadi Kapyare Kootamani’, in which he played the role of Premraj. He has appeared in various Malayalam films, including ‘Aanandam’ (2016), ‘Matchbox’ (2017), ‘Koode’ (2018), ‘Moothon’ (2019), and ‘Kappella’ (2020). In 2020, he appeared in the Netflix original film ‘Choked’ starring Saiyami Kher.

- In 2019, he won the SIIMA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Malayalam) for Koode. He was awarded by Cinema Paradiso Club for Best Character Actor in Moothon (2020).
