Rising country music star Dylan Wolfe is currently experiencing legal trouble after he was arrested in Nashville for crashing his vehicle and carrying a gun.
According to WDBJ7, Wolfe was charged with driving under the influence and possessing a weapon while intoxicated. Authorities revealed that the incident took place on I-24 West in Nashville late last month. Wolfe revealed to the officers that they had crashed his vehicle, but he continued to look at his phone.
Dylan Wolfe later said the officers had consumed three mixed drinks containing Crown Royalw whiskey an hour before driving. After consenting to a field sobriety test, Wolfe allegedly showed multiple signs of impairment. However, he refused to take a blood or breathing test for chemical testing.
Upon searching his vehicle, officers discovered a weapon.
