Princess Catherine has some fun during a visit to the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust on Tuesday (May 16) in Bath, England.

The Princess of Wales took part in a fun game of beanbags before chatting with the young athletes.

The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, according to its website, “puts world-class athletes shoulder to shoulder with young people. Equip them with a winning mentality and shape their future – he is a teammate like no other.”

“Whether it’s developing relationship skills, improving self-esteem or learning to stay focused, our sports champions help the next generation move forward with confidence,” the mission statement concludes.

During her visit, which took place during Mental Health Awareness Week, Kate spoke and listened to students participating in a program called “On Track To Achieve.”

The initiative is intended for people between the ages of 11 and 19, with the aim of helping young people who are facing social, emotional or mental health difficulties. Furthermore, it aims to provide guidance and support as a positive role model, enabling them to unlock their full potential.
