Pooja Sihag was eleven years old when she started practicing wrestling to keep her body fit and healthy. Gradually the sport became her passion and she joined Alkesh Sports Academy in Haryana. In 2014, he made his international debut by participating in the Junior Asian Championships held in Mongolia and won a bronze medal in the wrestling championship.
