His name appeared in an FIR filed by Mumbai-based lawyer Sudha Dwivedi at Mumbai’s MRA Marg police station on October 26, 2021. In the FIR, the lawyer named three witnesses in the drug case, including Dadlani, Sameer Wankhede and Prabhakar Sail. , Manish Bhanushali, and Kiran Gosavi and accused them of “extortion by threatening to charge them with a crime”. Appearing before the Bombay High Court, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) said it appeared that Pooja Dadlani had influenced a witness. The NCB’s claim was based on sensational allegations by a witness named Prabhakar Sell. According to Prabhakar, a private investigator named Kiran Gosavi demanded Rs. 25 crores taken from Pooja Dadlani to settle the case; Kiran Gosavi is the same person whose selfie with Aryan Khan went viral.
