Nymble is a cute, scary bug-type Pokémon that players can find in certain areas Pokémon Scarlet and VioletNymble is a small creature that has evolved with the distinction of being Lokix, the first Bug and Shadow-type Pokémon in the series. It has good attack and speed stats and is a good choice for players starting their journey in the Paldea region, but it can be a bit hard to find.
There are not many things that players need to do, they can stay in scarlet and purple, so most of their efforts should be focused on spotting this little bug. It’s a great way to end the party, thanks to the usual format of Grass-Fire-Water beginners and popular Pokémon types in the launch region. Nymble will help Team Star soon fight Giacomo. The problem is that this guy is really small, so it’s hard to see. It also spawns at a lower-than-average rate, though players don’t know how much.
How to catch Nymble
If the player looks around the Southern Province (District 3), the West Province (District 1) and the Western Province of the Southern Province (District 2), Time Plenty will come across it. The only problem is Nymble’s rare spawn rate, as players can be Pokémon Scarlet and Violet while looking around.
When the player encounters Nymble, be careful not to knock it down. Like most Bugs, it has low health and is weak to Flying, Rock, and Fire types, so avoid those. It is resistant to Battle, Earth, and Grass types, so use those moves to reduce its health. The next thing to do is disable it. Stun Spore and Sleep Powder are good moves if the player has Pokémon. With a Poké Ball or a Great Ball, this should work fine.
Nymble will have the Swarm ability and according to the light bulb it may have Color Lens as a hidden ability Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Although Swarm increases attack power when Nymble’s health is below 33%, it’s not helpful because Bug-Types usually have low health. Stained glass both helps to overcome “inefficient” movement phases and compensates for weaknesses. This little guy is effective at the beginning of the game, but he doesn’t deserve to be here Pokémon Crimson and Violet.
