Parveer Kaur Pandher was born on 12 August in Ahmedgarh, District Malerkotla, Punjab, India. His zodiac sign is Leo. He did his schooling in Ahmedgarh. When she was studying in 12th class, she decided to pursue music, for which she enrolled at Tejwant Kittu Music Academy in Ludhiana. Talking about her passion for music in an interview, Pari said,
My interest in music became serious when I was in plus two school. My parents never stopped me from doing what I wanted and my younger brother has been very supportive of my decisions. At that time I was an amateur singer and used to sing at parties, for friends etc. Then once I realized that my passion was serious, I took formal training in singing for six months.

I used to post videos of my cover songs and others on my Instagram handle. And gradually my followers started increasing. There came a time when people would message me with offers of modeling and acting and advised me to choose one of these fields. However, it was music producer, Bunty Bains sir, who contacted me through my social media account and asked me what I was keen to do.
