One of Taylor Swift’s former bodyguards, who allegedly worked with her during her Ages on tour, has left the United States to join the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) amid Hamas attacks.
Variety has confirmed that the guard in question has left to join the forces, but does not want his name published.

He said in a statement (via Variety): “I had a pretty good life in America. I got my dream job that I love, great friends that I call family, and a very comfortable home. I didn’t HAVE to come here… But I couldn’t stand by while families are slaughtered and burned alive in their homes!!! Just for being Jews or for being Israelis.”
He added: “While one side protects babies, children and the elderly, the other side uses them as human shields!!! It would be an insult to animals around the world to call them “animals,” but those are not human beings. They killed and massacred families in their beds with their families. [sic] pets!!!! And then they burned the houses!!!! Try to imagine that happening in your own neighborhood, with your next-door neighbors, or with a family you know.”
He added: “I’m not just here with Israel and I really am here. I am standing here with humanity. Don’t be on the wrong side of history!! Don’t stay on the sidelines and don’t say anything… Support Israel, support HUMANITY!!!!!”

Taylor’s security guard didn’t want to reveal his name but you might remember this. video of him with Taylor went viral over the summer.
