Noah Kahan is reacting to Olivia Rodrigo’s cover of “Stick Season” and reveals which Olivia hits he would sing!
During an interview with Rolling StoneThe 26-year-old folk singer expressed his enthusiasm for the 20-year-old pop star’s version of his song during his appearance at the BBC Live Lounge.
Maybe one day I’ll return the favor.

Needless to say, Noah was beyond excited to see Olivia singing his popular song.
He said Rolling Stone, “You know you hear those versions of AI on TikTok and you think, ‘Oh, that would be so fucking cool!’ And it’s like, Jesus, this is really happening! He’s doing ‘Stick Season’!
“The cover was fucking amazing,” Noah continued. “When someone covers a song and tries to copy the inflections, or sing exactly the same way, you don’t learn anything new about the song. And Olivia brought her own style, her incredible voice, her really emotional and concise way of expressing herself.”
“It was really good. Hearing one of the biggest stars in the world sing your song is amazing. So thank you, Olivia, it was amazing.”
When asked which of her songs he would cover, Noah mentioned tunes from both of Olivia’s albums. Sour and Viscera.
“Well, from their old album, I really love ‘Traitor,’” he said. “And then on the new album, I was running around the house singing ‘Get Him Back.’ She’s such a good singer and I have a three note range. [laughs]. So I would have to do one where she does it in a more loquacious voice, because that’s what I could interpret from a biological point of view.
Olivia recently opened up about getting back together with an ex in a new interview.
