Nishad was born on 17 December 1989 (age 33 years; as in 2022) in Mumbai, India. Soon after completing her higher secondary education, she pursued Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from Jai Hind College. Later, she studied Master of Arts from Narsee Monjee Educational Trust – Jamnabai Narsee School, Mumbai.
