Niranjana Anup was born on Saturday, 6 February 1999 (age 23 years; as of 2022) in Kozhikode, Kerala, India. He did his schooling from The Choice School, Cochin, Kerala. She completed her graduation in Mass Communication from St. Teresa’s College, Ernakulam. She started learning Kuchipudi dance from the ninth grade itself.

In 2015, Niranjana Anoop started her acting career with the Malayalam film Loham. Veteran Indian film director Ranjit Balakrishnan directed this film. In this film he played the role of a mischievous young man. Some of her other Malayalam films are ‘Poothan Panam’ (2017), ‘Gudalochana’ (2017), ‘C/o Saira Banu’ (2017), ‘Iraa’ (2018), ‘Kala Viplavam Pranayam’ (2018), ‘B. . Niranjana Anup started learning dance right from her school days. She used to perform in various school functions and cultural programs. He began to recognize the quality of sound in his mother’s choreography. Niranjana enjoyed choreographing the beats the most. He choreographed and directed the dance drama ‘Govinda Madhav’ (2018). Depicting Krishna he said,
Initially, I did not have Krishna in my mind. I thought of presenting a particular version of the goddess, but then I felt that I cannot live up to that image at this age.”

- Niranjana Anup once said in an interview that the film ‘Loham’ will always be special for her as it symbolizes her journey in Indian Malayalam cinema. He said,
I was never nervous, rather there was excitement in my mind. Sharing the screen with Mohanlal was a memorable experience.
- She said that she feels fortunate to have worked with excellent actors, ‘Mohanlal’, ‘Mammootty’ and ‘Manju Warrier’.
- Niranjana had told in an interview that she is fond of dancing. She has been learning Kuchipudi dance since a very young age. He said,
“I don’t participate in competitions but take part in cultural programs.”
- Niranjana is a close family friend of Indian film director Ranjit Balakrishnan. He said,
When Ranjit uncle came to know that I was interested in acting, he gave me a chance to act in his film.
