Shortly after Kate Middleton publicly announced her cancer diagnosis, actress Nicole Eggert shared her support for the Princess of Wales.

While chatting with TMZ, first Baywatch The star said she really has feelings for Middleton. “Her children are very young,” Eggert explained. “Honestly, that’s the hardest conversation. “For me, that’s the hardest part.”

Nicole Eggert, who has daughters Keegan, 12, and Dilyn, 25, said that when she had to reveal her own cancer diagnosis, she kept it light.

“My children accompany me on the trip,” he said. “I’m sure she’s a great mother, so I’m sure they’re handling it very delicately. “I really feel for her because when your child suffers, you suffer a lot.”

Eggert added: “We hope for the best for her and, you know, we pray for strength and send her healing… Not ridicule, not criticism, but encouragement.”

Nicole Eggert announced in early January 2024 that she was diagnosed with breast cancer. During an interview with PEOPLE, She revealed that there were some signs she couldn’t ignore. This includes gaining 25 pounds in three months and having “terrible pain” in her left breast.

Eggert later said he dismissed the symptoms as menopause. But he went to the doctor after discovering a lump during a self-exam.

“It really hurt and throbbed,” he recalled. “I immediately went to see my GP and she told me that she had to go immediately to have it checked.”

The actress shared that the lump was quite noticeable. “I can definitely feel it,” Nicole Eggert said. “It’s there. We have to get it out.”

“So, it’s just a question of do I have to do the treatment before the surgery or can they do the surgery and then I do the treatment afterward.”

Meanwhile, Kate Middleton announced on Friday that after a couple of months of speculation she has been officially diagnosed with cancer.

During her speech, Middleton claimed that after her abdominal surgery in mid-January, her doctors told her they found cancer in post-operative tests.

“Therefore, my medical team recommended that I undergo preventive chemotherapy treatment,” he said. “And now I’m in the early stages of that treatment.”
