Nick Viall is preparing to become a father!

Lately, Nick has been on the FOX show. Special Forces: the toughest test in the worldand in a new interview, he shared how that experience prepared him for fatherhood.

“I think selection is about finding where your limits are and seeing how much you can push them. “I think this experience really reminded me of that and gave me self-confidence that fatherhood and being a husband will have its challenges,” she shared with Too Fab.
“As excited as I am to be a father and husband, life is hard and throws curveballs at you,” Nick added.
“There will be times where you’ll feel like I don’t know if I can do this and stuff like that,” he continued. “I think the National Team gives you that mental confidence that no matter what the situation is, no matter how low you feel, if you pick yourself up and fight through it, there’s usually light at the end of the tunnel.”
Nick and his fiancée Natalie announced their engagement earlier this year, and in August, they revealed they were expecting.
