Kate Middleton made her first public appearance in months this past weekend. She and Prince William were shopping at a local farmers market. An onlooker who saw them said Kate seemed relaxed and happy during her downtime.
“I saw a couple choosing loaves of bread and the woman turned her face away and I felt like I had seen that face before. It was familiar. She knew it from somewhere,” she said.
“Kate seemed happy and relaxed. They seem happy to be able to go to a store and socialize. Kate looked relieved, as if going to a store had been a success. She felt natural. I went to my car and when they left the store I just filmed them. I think they left through a door in the compound. “They just disappeared and I didn’t see any cars.”

After Kate resurfaced over the weekend, there were mixed reactions. Some were ecstatic to see that she was out of the house, in good spirits. But others are skeptical about whether the images are real or not.
“Only she clearly looks NOTHING like Kate Middleton. Which will only feed the conspiracy theorists,” said one user on X, formerly known as Twitter.
“What I’m thinking is, if this is really ‘Kate Middleton,’ why would a woman who JUST HAD abdominal surgery that required such a long recovery carry a bag as big as this?” added another.
“Sorry, I can’t go out tonight. “I’m busy conducting an FBI-level investigation into Kate Middleton’s whereabouts and what’s really going on with the royal family,” said another.

When Kate Middleton stepped back from her royal duties, conspiracy theorists concocted several scenarios about her whereabouts. And now that the princess has been captured on video, some still can’t be convinced. But TMZ says the video is real and they have the metadata to prove it.
“For all the skeptics who don’t believe this was taken as it was relayed to us, we’ve delved into the metadata… and there’s no doubt, this was filmed on Saturday near the Prince and Princess of Wales’s home in Windsor. So yes, it is a legit video,” TMZ wrote.
“Palace say he underwent abdominal surgery in January and was expected to be sidelined at least until Easter. “Despite this timeline… that hasn’t stopped people from making jokes and conspiracy theories.”
