Dear Dad,
“Gold” is what you always call me. I was your precious little girl. However, I was very young then and I did not even know how precious you were to me. Ask any girl and she will always say that her father is the strongest. It is an indescribable, unconditional love between fathers and daughters.
I remember the endless hugs, the countless kisses, the never-ending walks holding your big, loving hand… first to school and then to college, marriage and life at large. You were the solver for all my problems, especially against my mother! When I grew up a little, I was even embarrassed by your over-protectiveness, excitement, and open displays of affection, especially when I was among friends. But nothing will stop you, not even the late-night vigils during my party; All consolation after heartbreak; And support for all my decisions, even if they are wrong.
I like the sea. You introduced me to it…running wave after wave as I clung to your back, creating a lifelong pattern of riding each wave of life. So no matter where you are, like the waves that never stop, I’ll love you forever and ever

modeling
Nayanika’s career began when Jenny Naoroji, a fashion choreographer, spotted her among hundreds of college students and offered her a show, thus beginning her career. Till now she has modeled for many famous brands and designers. There are even some designers who refuse to do shows without them! She was a part of this industry for almost 3 decades.
I was hesitant but I took the job and really enjoyed it because not only was I honing my skills but also helping other girls. When I started modeling, there was no formal training and I learned the hard way, so when girls have someone to tell them what they are doing right and wrong it’s a lot easier and really helpful. …which we did not have and I wanted to give it, especially to the girls from small towns who have big dreams but do not know how to pursue them. I’ve been training for over twenty years and I still enjoy it. It is extremely gratifying to see a student succeed in the industry.”
