Early life
Born as Naveen Kumar Gowda, better known by his stage name Yash was born in Boovanahalli, Hassan district, Karnataka, India. He was born in January 8, 1986, and has Indian nationality. Career
In 2004, Naveen Kumar Gowda made his television debut in “Uttarayana”. In 2005 he participated in the soap opera “Nanda Gokula” along with Radhika Pandit. He later appeared in several other soap operas including TN Seetharam’s Male Billu and Preeti Illada Mele.
Once he had a steady income, his parents moved to Bangalore with him. During this time, he was offered roles in seven films, but his insistence on receiving the script for each film was seen as “newcomer arrogance” and he was frequently turned down.
