She was selected among the top 15 contestants in the beauty pageant held at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. She gained immense popularity for her costume in the competition and won the title of Best National Costume. She wore a ‘Kundalini Chakra’ attire which symbolizes the movement of energy from the base to the spine in the chakras of the body. Her dress was designed by fashion designer Aggie Jasmine. During an interview, he talked about representing India at the international level. He said,
I feel more motivated than ever. This is really a joyful moment for me. I am focusing on preparing myself for the competition and outperforming my fellow competitors. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I am going to give it my best. The competition is tough and I need to be fully immersed in my preparations. I never thought that one day I would represent India at the international level. This is a dream come true, but the journey is still long. The support and blessings of all the people of the country are needed.”
