Focusing on adventure and the ninja lifestyle, the Naruto series doesn’t have much time for romance. But over the decades anime has existed, a number of relationships have become an important part of the story and shaped how some characters meet the world.
Many of the relationships formed in Naruto’s early days have also carried over into the Boruto sequel series. Its makers are still going strong. Who do not? They are torn by tragedy. In rare cases, the couple in question should never have been together in the first place.
Update July 18, 2022 by Amanda Bruce: Despite the focus on betrayal and war in the ninja world, fans will still be debating whether Naruto will find the right mate for him much. next year or not. Although affection between teenage characters is quite common in the series, not many romantic Naruto couples survive. Naruto is one of the few characters in the series who has abandoned his relationship at the beginning of the series. Fans who enjoy watching the Naruto couple’s story unfold are in luck, as they can watch the series from scratch on multiple streaming platforms.

Tenji and Kaguya (unknown)
Without Tenji and Kaguya, the entire ninja world would not exist. Their relationship created the ninja lifestyle naruto The brand knows this, although it is also mentioned in the manga and anime stories.
This means that viewers know very little about the relationship between the two other than Tenji finishing off Kaguya after realizing how violent and powerful he is.
Hashirama Senju and Mito Uzumaki (unknown)
Like Kaguya and Tenji, the relationship between these two characters shapes much of the ninja world. Hashirama Senju became one of the founders of Konoha Academy, and Mito Uzumaki became the first host of the Nine-Tails.
Not much has been revealed about their relationship naruto franchise, so it’s hard to see them more than a couple known for supporting each other or supporting each other in battle. They must forge a strong alliance, whether they really love each other or not.
Sasuke and Karin (unknown)
Whether Orochimaru’s two students are really a romantic couple remains to be deciphered. It is clear that Karin has some feelings for Sasuke, but it seems that Sasuke has only one affection for Karin.
Karin’s feelings for Sasuke are so strong that she allows him to bite her to gain healing powers – something she refuses to let anyone do. Sasuke only used Karin’s expertise to help him in his quest. If there’s any truly worst relationship in the Naruto series, it’s this one.
Rasa and Karura (minimum 3 years)
Viewers know a thing or two about Kazekage Rasa. Chief among these is his rule over his people and children with an iron fist. Lhasa is more worried about making sure his warriors are the best they can be than his relationship with the children.
This is mainly because his wife, who is also the mother of his three children, died after Gaara was born. Rasa was clearly shocked by Karura’s death and he didn’t handle it well, blaming Gaara for the incident and treating his son as more of a weapon than a child. Things might have been different had Karura survived, but that ultimately remains unclear.
Fujigaku and Mikoto (at least 14 years old)
The Uchiha clan doesn’t seem to be so lucky when it comes to love. While Fugaku and Mikoto seem like a loving couple, fans haven’t given them much time to find out. Instead, the duo follow their eldest son’s plan for a massacre.
At least, the two were united until their 13-year-old son was implicated in an assassination plot. Knowing that death was imminent before Itachi’s arrival, they fought together, facing death together.
Sasuke and Sakura (close for at least 13 years)
Yes, Sasuke and Sakura are a fan-favorite couple, there’s no denying that. Sakura’s love for Sasuke, especially as an adult, has softened his harsh lifestyle. However, for most of the Naruto series, this love is one-sided.
As they grew up, Sasuke was mean to Sakura, but she still believed in him. Finally, after being together, he leaves her again to atone for the past. It’s clear that they care deeply about each other in the Boruto series, but they’re not the best at showing it. The breakdown in their relationship seems to work for them, as they get back together again and again and unite to raise Sarada.
Kizashi and Mebuki Haruno (at least 15 years old)
Despite how important being without a family was to Naruto and Sasuke’s development, Sakura’s parents and their teammates are rarely seen in the series. In fact, the series only uses the surname in one of the linked volumes naruto Movie.
That episode really shows that Sakura comes from a loving family. Her parents followed her hobby, encouraged her to become a ninja and always spent time with her and each other. Shown as a front of support and solidarity, they seem more of a match than many couples in the series, but don’t really fit into the franchise’s story.
Dan and Tsunade (unknown)
How long Dan and Tsunade have been together is never explicitly stated in the manga. What is certain is that Dan is the love of Tsunade’s life. She was ready to marry him, but they fell in love during the war.
Unfortunately, Dan died while on the mission and their relationship ended. Tsunade was so traumatized by the loss and unable to save him that she never seemed to pursue another relationship. Instead, she maintained a hostile friendship with Jiraiya for the rest of her life, which she never allowed to develop further.
Gale and Yugao (Unknown)
Hayate and Yugao is a good depiction of what happens to the rest of the anime community. While much of the focus is on Naruto, his colleagues, and their teacher, the entire community tells about their lives behind the scenes.
Both Hayate and Yugao are excellent ninjas, members of the Konoha Anbu, but Hayate was killed by Baki early in the series. In the context of the story, Yugao continues to visit the grave until she is forced to fight his resurrected body in a fight. The audience didn’t really see them as they fell in love, but they did see Yu Gao’s pain and dedication over the long haul.
Shikahisa and Yoshino (at least 17 years old)
Best known as Nara Shikamaru’s parents, Shikahisa and Yoshino don’t get as much attention as a couple. But obviously for young fans seeing them together, they complement each other.
Although, like his son, Lu Jiujiu is extremely strong outside of his family and at work, he has put his stubborn nature aside for the sake of his wife. Yoshino ran home, and Shikajiu obeyed her. Also, fans know very little about their relationship. They stayed together until Shikaku was killed in the Fourth Great Ninja War.
Sai and Ino (minimum 14 years old)
To some fans, Sai seems to be Ino’s consolation reward. As a child, she wanted Sasuke, but was she satisfied with Sasuke? not completely.
Explosive and wanting to be the center of attention, Ino finds her other half in Sai. Sai has to work hard to understand emotions, and his outspoken honesty proves that he finds Ino more attractive than his other friends. She teaches him emotions, and he helps her soften her ego. For 14 years, they were together, married, and raised their young ninja. They are still going strong in the Boruto series.
Shikamaru and Temari (minimum 14 years old)
Shikamaru and Temari were among the first couples that fans were able to see the development of the series. While the other teenagers in the Naruto series have feelings for each other that don’t seem to be reciprocated, the two develop a friendship and later a relationship based on respect for intelligence and skill. each other’s.
They first appeared on each other’s radar when they went head-to-head during the Chunin Exams. Over the next few years, they took turns saving each other’s lives, training aspiring ninjas together, and refusing to date anyone who asked. After some misunderstanding, they eventually get married and raise a son. Temari can be seen in Boruto as another angry female manga, but she and Shikamaru remain completely loyal to each other.
Asma and Red (unknown)
It is not clear when Asma and Hong became lovers from ninja colleagues. They worked together for many years as teachers of the shinobi Chūnin. No one knew they were officially together until Asma’s life was threatened.
Fans have already seen signs of their relationship, as they are often seen together in the background in the anime. Likewise, Asma’s students have repeatedly mocked their potential relationship. Asuma has a quiet devotion to Kurenai, dedicated to protecting her and their unborn child so the next generation can carry on. If he were alive, they might have raised their daughter together in the Boruto series.
Naruto and Hinata (14+)
Naruto didn’t fully understand romantic love when they were kids. Falling in love and fighting for affection, yes. But not love. He fails to see Hinata’s trust in him and admiration for his character as she falls in love with him until it’s too late. The events of The Last: Naruto the Movie opened eyes.
As the two open up about their feelings, they seem to have found an almost perfect balance in their relationship. Naruto has matured a lot and is no longer prone to outbursts. Hinata is more open and no longer hides behind the scenes. They are very close, even as adults, and his job as Hokage often means they don’t spend much time together.
Minato and Kushina (unknown)
Naruto’s parents are a legendary couple. Minato and Kushina met as children and became friends. As adults, they fell in love and married, although it is unclear how long they were together before the Nine-Tailed Fox was released to their village.
Kushina herself is a fierce warrior, and Minato trusts her judgment. Although Kushina has become Hokage, he is tasked with keeping the spirit of the nine-tailed fox with him. They fight for each other – and for their village – to the end. Minato and Kushina sacrificed themselves so their son could grow up, and even in death their chakras still show their love for each other when Naruto meets what’s left of them.
