She met him for the first time in a meeting to discuss her financial investments. During the meeting, Atif said,
If I double your money, you take me out to dinner.”
She agreed to it, and they started meeting oftenly. Soon, they became good friends and then started dating each other. In 2003, they had a nikah. The couple has two daughters named Sasha Khan and Shanzay Khan and two sons named Shadal Khan and Sherdad Mohammed Khan.

Model
She started her career as a model. Soon after she completed her A levels, she got her first modelling project for a clothing brand Lakhani Silk Mills’s winter collection. She received Pakistani Rupees 25000 for the project. She has been featured in various print advertisements and photoshoots. She has also walked the ramp in many ace Pakistani fashion shows like Sarajevo Fashion Week (for the fashion designer Rizwan Beyg).

Controversy
Tiff with a Makeup Artist
In 2021, she had a tiff with the Pakistani makeup guru Nabila. She had launched a makeup palette for her makeup brand which was the all-in-one product. When Nabila came to know about it, she got very upset and texted Nadia a message which reads,
Don’t you have a brain of your own?”
Nabila asked Nadia how she had launched a product that was exactly like hers. To which Nadia replied that the product was not copyrighted by Nabila. They continued sharing nasty posts about each other on their Instagram account. They even blocked each other on their Instagram account.

Facts/Trivia
- In an interview, she shared that initially, her mother was not supportive of her decision to become a model. She said that her mother wanted her to complete her formal education first. Whereas, her father supported her throughout her modelling days.
- She follows a non-vegetarian diet.
- In the same year, during a talk show, she talked about the rights of gays. She said,
We can not deny the fact that gay are humans as well. They can not be blamed for who they are. Gays should be given equal rights. They do need to have rights of education, job, salaries and etc. They should get the rights which they’re not provided with.”
However, her comments were not liked by Pakistani netizens, and she received a huge backlash for her comments.
