Jimmy Donaldson, often known as MrBeast, has become the sixth YouTuber to reach 100 million followers. Donaldson, who launched his YouTube channel in 2012, surpassed the milestone on July 28, 2022, becoming the second most subscribed person behind PewDiePie.
The inventor expressed his excitement by live streaming the scene on his YouTube channel and saying:
“A hundred million dollars implies a lot. Since I was 11 years old, I’ve been producing videos. In some ways, this number embodies everything I’ve ever done in my life, and I’m thankful to everyone who has ever seen a video. “I want to continue doing YouTube till the day I die.”
MrBeast is well-known for his big-budget films with energetic duties and a charitable disposition.
MrBeast began his YouTube career in 2012.
Donaldson began his YouTube career around the age of 14 in 2012. His channel was first known as MrBeast6000. At the time, he was uploading game stuff such as Minecraft, Pokemon Online, Black Ops 2, and Battle Pirates. He also created additional material for his channel, and in his first series, he addressed the earnings of prominent YouTubers, beginning with PewDiePie. It took Donaldson over three years to get 2000 followers on his YouTube account. During this time, his channel shifted away from gaming and began to cover a variety of subjects.
He eventually began a series called “Worst Intros,” in which he replied to intros created by indie developers. These response videos aided him in gaining greater traction on the internet. The videos, however, have now been removed. Jimmy changed from his typical stuff to stunts and challenges between 2016 and 2017. The uniqueness of these problems contributed to his rapid rise in popularity. Donaldson also started contributing to numerous charities and giving back to the community as his fortune grew.
