Mounima ChandraBhatla aka Mounima Ch was born on Thursday, 5 November 1992 (age 31 years; as of 2023) in Tadepalligudem in the West Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, India. Her zodiac sign is Scorpio.

She started singing in her early 20s and sang many devotional songs and later started performing at various shows and concerts including religious congregations and award shows.

She became famous after recording the hit song Sivuni Aana in the Telugu film Baahubali: The Beginning in 2015; she also sang the Kaun Hain Voh song with Kailash Kher in the Hindi version of the film. She was spotted at a local singing show by the renowned music composer M. M. Keeravani, who invited her to audition at Prasad Labs, Hyderabad. She later sang Saahore Baahubali song in the Telugu film Baahubali 2: The Conclusion in 2017 and Ninnu Road Meedha and Savyasachi songs in the film Savyasachi in 2018.
