Mindy Kaling is revealing about her the secrets of her training.

Mindy continued: “I know people really like my body and the changes to my body, and I think it’s flattering and sometimes it’s too much, so I don’t try to tune it in too much. The truth is, I spend a lot of time and energy trying to be healthy.”
So what does she do during her workouts? Mindy runs or walks 20 miles each week and also lifts weights with a trainer.
“It’s hard with two kids to get up so early and look good, and I basically live in training clothes so I can put on, go the extra mile,” he said of his workouts. “I tell myself that I basically have to do 20 miles a week, either walking or running. And that’s been incredibly helpful to me.”
Mindy is the mother of a five-year-old girl, Katherine, and a two-year-old son, Spencer.
