Aleta and Staker eventually fell in love and joined the Guardians of the Galaxy, going on many cosmic adventures together. This includes defeating the alien reptile Badoon and coming to Earth to help the Avengers fight supervillain Korvac.
Aleta Ogord’s powers include the ability to fly, super strength, and the ability to turn light into a solid state. Aleta Ogord later gave birth to three children, but her father kidnapped them and turned them into psychic vampires to avenge Stakar. After their child died from rapidly aging, Aleta blamed Staker and broke up with him. Staker’s dark form then merged with Aleta to save his life, but she eventually overpowered him, returning him to his infant form and sending him back in time to restart your life cycle.
Needless to say, Duong Tu Quynh Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 Aleta Ogord’s version doesn’t even hint at this plot. The MCU version of Aleta will likely ignore and reinvent it for the most part, though she and Stakar may still be a couple in the past.
