Even though Michael Strahan went dark on social media, his daughter, Sophia, recently uploaded a snap to her Instagram Story, as reported by The US Sun
Sophia’s post, an image of a physical photograph, was dated November 8, 2023. Three of Sophia’s friends posed in the photo alongside her. It is not clear who the friends are or what they were doing.
In the photo, Sopha wore a black long-sleeved blouse, casual cargo pants, and a Louis Vuitton bag slung over her shoulder. She crossed her arms and smiled softly as she leaned on one of her friends.
Sophia is currently studying at Duke University as a freshman and usually posts her adventures on Instagram frequently.
Sofia’s twin sister, Isabella Strahan
While Sophia Strahan is out with her friends, her twin sister, Isabella Strahan, 18, is partying with Tyga.
During a recent brand event hosted by White Fox, Isabella captioned the post: “We love @whitefoxboutique. Thank you all for the best night of my life.” She wore a low-cut red and black dress as she posed with her friends.

Isabella’s time at the University of Southern California
While Sophia Strahan decided to move to the East Coast to attend college, Isabella decided to head to the opposite coast to attend USC. Recently, Isabella was seen enjoying a family weekend at university with her mother, Jean Muggli. Muggli is Good morning america Host Michael Strahan’s rarely seen ex-wife.

Jean Muggli shared a snapshot of the event on Instagram and wrote: “During parents weekend, the parents were invited to the frat parties which I think explains why they were performing Abba and the Village People !!!!!”
One thing is for sure: both Jean and Michael cherish their children very much.
