People are talking about Good morning america co-host Michael Strahan after he was seen back in his element at a football game.

Just after rumors surfaced about major changes, including a permanent departure from the morning show, Strahan set the record straight on Instagram, affirming her commitment to G.M.A. long-term.

Now the popular co-host is living his best life according to a recent Instagram post. On Monday, October 2, Strahan visited MetLife Stadium to watch his former team, the New York Giants, play the Seattle Seahawks. He spent a solid 15 years as an NFL team defensive end before becoming an American personality and sports broadcaster.

The 51-year-old TV host was accompanied by his girlfriend of eight years, Kayla Quick, and his rarely seen daughter, Isabella, whose twin, Sophia, appeared to be a no-show.

The three posed together for a photo that was later shared on Instagram. Fans are excited after seeing how much Isabella has grown as she stands proudly alongside her father and former New Your Giants defensive player.

“💙#92forLife” was the caption the teenager wrote on the Instagram post, referencing her Strahan’s old jersey number.

Strahan’s daughter showed her support by wearing a long-sleeved white shirt and a blue Giants sweater with “Strahan 92” emblazoned in glitter tied around her shoulders.

Strahan was dressed in Giants gear, wearing a blue t-shirt and cap with the Giants logo with a navy blue jacket and pants.

The news anchor also donned blue and white sneakers, mirroring Quick’s casual outfit with a plaid crop top and black pants.

“GREAT to be back at MetLife Stadium and of course I had to say what to my BROTHER, @lawrencetaylor56,” Strahan wrote in the caption of his Instagram post, which also showed him posing with his fellow Los Angeles alum. Giants, Lawrence Taylor.

“Let’s go @nygiants!!!” Additionally, he encouraged his former team. “LET’S TRAMP ON THEM! 👊🏾.”

Unfortunately, the Giants lost to the Seahawks by a final score of 24-3, but it still looks like Strahan had a lovely outing!
