Mehreen Kaur Pirzada was born on Saturday, 5 November 1993 (age 30 years; as in 2023) in Bathinda, Punjab. His zodiac sign is Scorpio.

She had her primary education in a convent school in Punjab. She then joined Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer, where she served as a student council member. Parizada also attended Pathways World School, Aravali, where she participated in internationally recognized programs such as the International General Certificate of Secondary Education program and the International Baccalaureate (IB). During her school days, she was an active member of the International Rotary Club and also volunteered for the National Cadet Corps (NCC). He also served as vice president of his school’s Interact Club. Mehreen was equally good at sports during her school days and used to participate in air pistol competitions. She reached the Pre-Nationals twice, but could not participate because her high school exam dates clashed with the competition dates. As Mehreen excelled in business studies during her school days, she moved to New York, and enrolled in a business school. However, when she was in her second year of college, Mehreen developed interest in acting and decided to relocate to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting.

Mehreen Pirzada got engaged to Bhavya Bishnoi, son of Adampur, Hisar MLA Kuldeep Bishnoi and grandson of former Haryana state Chief Minister Bhajan Lal, in the presence of her family members and close friends in Jaipur on 12 March 2021. They were to get married in the same year. However, they postponed their wedding due to COVID-19 restrictions in India. The couple called off their engagement in July 2021. Sharing the news with her fans, Mehreen wrote on Instagram,
Bhavya Bishnoi and I have decided to break our engagement and not get married. This is a decision that has been taken amicably and in the best interest. With respect in my heart, I would like to say that from now on I have no connection with Bhavya Bishnoi, any of his family members or friends. This is the only statement I will make in this regard and I hope everyone will respect my privacy as this is a very personal matter. In the meantime, I will continue to work and look forward to giving my best in my future projects and performances.”

Mehreen Pirzada started her career as a child model at the age of 10 when she walked the ramp in a beauty pageant where she won the title of Kasauli Princess. Later, in 2013, she participated in the Miss South Asia Canada beauty pageant in Toronto and was crowned Miss Personality.

In 2023, after the Hindi-language web series Sultan of Delhi streamed on Disney+ Hotstar, Mehreen was criticized and trolled on social media for her hardcore intimate scenes in the series. Later, Mehreen took to X (previously, Twitter) to explain that the scene depicting marital rape in the series was misinterpreted as an intimate scene by some people on social media. she wrote,
There was a scene in Sultan of Delhi which depicted brutal marital rape. I am saddened to see that a serious issue like marital rape has been described by many in the media as a sex scene. It trivializes what is a serious issue that many women around the world are currently dealing with.
he adds,
It bothers me that a certain section of the media and people on social media have taken this up, these people should understand that they too have sisters and daughters and I pray to God that they should never face such a thing in their life. Don’t have to go through trauma. The idea of such cruelty and violence against women is abhorrent.”
