Almost six years after Meghan Markle married Prince Harry, her ex Suits Co-star Rick Hoffman revealed some unfortunate details about the royal wedding.
During an appearance on Barstool Sports’ Girls in the office On last week’s podcast, Hoffman stated that there was a “bad smell” during the big wedding. She spoke of the look of disgust on her face that was captured by photographers.
“If you type my name into Google, you will see [me] making that horrible face,” he explained. The actor then recalled trying to stay calm because he was excited for Meghan Markle’s big day. However, the cameras were “everywhere” capturing him and his expression.
“And then as time goes by, I start to smell something really terrible and disgusting,” Hoffman continued. He further noted that he is “very sensitive” to smell. He decided to cover his nose with his hands, which had a moisturizing cream with a coconut and vanilla aroma.
“I try to eliminate it,” he continued. “How can I help but get away from this stupid face?”
Hoffman starred alongside Markle in the hit series. Suits, which ran from 2011 to 2019. Markle left the series months before marrying Harry. She kept in touch with her former co-stars and invited them to her royal wedding.
