Matthew McConaughey and his wife Camila Alves enjoy a visit to the Empire State Building!
The couple, both dressed in casual attire, were present at the iconic New York landmark on Tuesday (September 12) to promote Matthew’s memoir titled Green light.
Matthew and Camila’s outing was more specifically aimed at celebrating the book, which was released in 2020 and reached its 100th week on the New York Times bestseller list.
Camila wrote Matthew a special message to mark the occasion, saying: “Three years ago you presented Green light to the world. Well, you’re close to 100 weeks on the New York Times bestseller list. We’re turning on the green lights in the New York sky, baby! Matthew read aloud as he spoke in front of other attendees. Eastern Time reports.
Matthew, 53, and Camila, 40, lovingly posed for photos together as the couple seemed very happy to attend the event.
Matthew also participated in the building’s lighting ceremony, as the structure was illuminated green in honor of Green light.
