Matt Rife responds to fan complaints about ticket prices for his upcoming comedy tour and warns fans to only buy tickets from the official source.
It seems some fans are accessing speculator websites and seeing tickets cost hundreds and hundreds or even thousands of dollars. These are NOT the official ticket prices for the tour.
Pre-sale for the tour started today (June 6) and some dates are already selling out fast. Multiple shows have already been added due to demand, including in New York City and Nashville.
“To everyone who keeps commenting on pricing this is the last time Imma says this,” Matt said in an Instagram post.

He continued: “If you see my tickets for HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS or THOUSANDS of dollars. They are not from me. Those are resellers. Period. DON’T BUY THEM. If they were mine, don’t you think I’d want you to buy them? I fought HARD to keep tickets affordable and easy. There are so many things I can control and if you think you know more than me or want to be disrespectful about it then don’t come. No entitled idiots allowed. I’m trying to help everyone. Absolutely no one is forcing you to come. But if you want to come laugh and have the best night, then I’m so excited to spend time with you! ❤️”
