Martin Bernard Duffy, born May 18, 1967, began his career as a member of the band Felt. Crumble the Antiseptic Beauty, the band’s first album, was released in 1981. The band went on to record subsequent albums such as Ignite the Seven Cannons, Poem of the River, Train Inside the City, and others. When Felt disbanded in 1989, Duffy joined Primal Scream. He has been featured on two of the band’s albums. The band has released a total of 11 albums and 26 singles. Dixie-Narco was released in January 1992 and Diamonds, Fur Coat, Champagne were released in March 2009.
Martin Duffy then joined The Charlatans, a rock band. Tellin’ Stories, their fifth studio album, was produced by him.
